Communal areas, wellness areas, gym, indoor pool, restaurant, bar, WCs and 3 wonderful suites are controlled by a combination of sensors and KNX controls. Innovative installation and programming are once again to the fore, using presence-brightness detectors with master/slave layout and scheduling logic.
